Windows 7 - Boot disc...? Please help

| | Boot disc...? Please help So today I turned on my laptop and it was running slow so I turned it off and now when I turn it on I see the toshiba logo and then it goes to a black screen and then to some things saying insert boot disc. My laptop didn't come with any discs and I'm freaking out cuz it's not working at all it just goes to that boot disc screen |
