Out of my depth.

Insufficient disk space to to fix security descriptors data stream,
Repairing the security file record segment,

Then it goes on to Usn journal verification completed,
Then correcting errors in the uppercase file.

It has now been on the uppercase file correction for over an hour.
Can anyone give me any idea what is happening, as I am out of my comfort zone.

The D drive has 190GB's of free space.
Someone on another forum suggested disconnecting the D drive and try booting it up with only the C drive connected, and it booted straight into windows with no problems, so when I have time I will put the D drive in a caddy and run a diagnostic on it.
