- the original installed OS on the system? window 7 home premium
- an OEM or full retail version? OEM
- OEM = came pre-installed on system
- Full Retail = you purchased it from retailer

- What is the age of system (hardware)? NOt more than 2 month
- What is the age of OS installation (have you re-installed the OS?) no

Sorry, this does not related to sudden attack..I try google my problem , but cant seem to find a solution , wonder if any tech guy here could help me. thx..

The problem is, everytime after i start up my notebook , i cant press anything on the desktop , example the taskbar the start button , but! i can double click on folders on my desktop..but not the icon...then if i CTRL+Del+alt, everything return to normal..i tried doing clean boot but it does not fix my problem

Are you using a wireless mouse?

Have you tried logging into a different account and seeing if the problem exists?
