- What is the age of system (hardware)?- 2 - 2.5 years old - What is the age of OS installation- I literally just got a new hard drive about 30 minutes ago..

Easy, your Avast is blamed. I would remove and replace with Microsoft Security Essentials

And it happened during the process of installing avast. I started in safe mode and ran that program and now I'm installing Windows Security Essentials! I got scared for a second because I had to replace my hard drive because of BSOD and my computer not being able to start up!
