Bsod + nvlddmkm.sys

I apologize first for my bad english,i'm not from USA

Because of continuous freeze I had to format windows 7, after the first boot after installing. NVidia drivers (275.33) I had BSOD with the error nvlddmkm.sys .... blah blah blah I tried reformatting another HD and the problem remains.
I did a test with Memtest (7 loops) and had no errors, sfc scannow without any conflict ... after I replaced the card with an "old" 4850 Golden Sample and everything worked to perfection in gaming with Duke Nuken Demo 2011. ... I also tried using the drivers from Gainward's website as well as the old ones but the result is always the same .. after the initial screen Windows 7 Home Premium x64 crashes and restart.

All this even after a new installation of Windows 7....after I installed any NVIDIA driver does not work and I can only enter in Safe Mode

What can I do before I get it to the RMA?

I attach the dump file

You by chance overclocking the card or cpu?

To enable us to assist you with your computer's BSOD symptoms, upload the contents of your "\Windows\Minidump" folder.

The procedure:

* Copy the contents of \Windows\Minidump to another (temporary) location somewhere on your machine.
* Zip up the copy.
* Attach the ZIP archive to your post using the "paperclip" (file attachments) button.

To ensure minidumps are enabled:

Go to Start, in the Search Box type: sysdm.cpl, press Enter.
Under the Advanced tab, click on the Startup and Recovery Settings... button.
Ensure that Automatically restart is unchecked.
Under the Write Debugging Information header select Small memory dump (256 kB) in the dropdown box (the 256kb varies).
Ensure that the Small Dump Directory is listed as %systemroot%\Minidump.
OK your way out.
Reboot if changes have been made.
