BSOD When playing Assassins creed Brotherhood

Hello good people of the Windows 7 forum,

Last week I finished building my new pc and installed the game Assassins Creed Brotherhood. I have played allot of games since I got my new pc but only Assassins Creed Brotherhood is causing me problems. When playing the game at random times I get a BSOD. I do not know what is causing it and since I did a full update run last week I think my drivers are up to date.

I added a DxDiag to my zipfile for system information.

Basic information
Windows 7 Home premium 64 (Non downloaded I have the disc itself legally bought) fully updated

Processor
Intel I7 970 Gulftown

Memory
Corsair 6gb 1600XMS kit 3 CL7 GT

Graphic card
Radeon EAH 6970 DCII2DI4S (Asus)

Motherboard
Asus Rampage III extreme

Harddrives
120gb Corsair SSD Force 3 series (I checked my serial number in the database and its not one of the faulty production lines) (Only have windows installed on this drive)

Western Digital WD caviar black 1TB 7500rpm, 3,5 (game is installed on this drive)

Screen
IIyama X2472HD 24 8ms full HD 16:9

Case
Antec 1200 EU Giant tower case with extra fans.

I do not overclock my rig and its between 30 and 40 degrees C when running a intense game. The game is fully updated and its not running via steam.

Cheers in advance,

Dio Schrauwen

PS. This is the first time I ever made a zip file I think its working correctly

No dmp files included in the upload. Please try this method.

To enable us to assist you with your computer's BSOD symptoms, upload the contents of your "\Windows\Minidump" folder.

The procedure:

* Copy the contents of \Windows\Minidump to another (temporary) location somewhere on your machine.
* Zip up the copy.
* Attach the ZIP archive to your post using the "paperclip" (file attachments) button.

To ensure minidumps are enabled:

Go to Start, in the Search Box type: sysdm.cpl, press Enter.
Under the Advanced tab, click on the Startup and Recovery Settings... button.
Ensure that Automatically restart is unchecked.
Under the Write Debugging Information header select Small memory dump (256 kB) in the dropdown box (the 256kb varies).
Ensure that the Small Dump Directory is listed as %systemroot%\Minidump.
OK your way out.
Reboot if changes have been made.

I take it that the file will appear once I have a BSOD?

Reinstalling the game has caused an error and I can no longer boot it (allot of people seem to have problems with that game and broken down launcher)

I have done this but it is not making a minidump file. I set windows to show all files and I have searched for this folder/file but after a BSOD it is not creating this file.
