Dave these were virtually identical and blamed on tcpip.sys. Usually caused by a malware app or 3rd party firewall.

I would remove your current malware app (pctools?) and replace with Microsoft security essentials.

I also noticed another large cause of BSOD's, sptd.sys

Please remove any CD virtualization programs such as Daemon Tools and Alcohol 120%.

They use a driver, found in your dmp, sptd.sys, that is notorious for causing BSODs.

Use this SPTD uninstaller DuplexSecure - Downloads

when you're done you can use this Freeware MagicISO Virtual CD/DVD-ROM(MagicDisc) in its place.

As usual if you are overclocking stop.

Thanks for the quick response. I've gone ahead and applied your suggestions. Spyware Doctor has been replaced with MS Security Essentials. and I used the duplexsecure installer to get rid of the sptd.sys driver, and yes daemon tools is also gone.

I do still have PC Tools Registery Mechanic loaded on this system, I'd hate to add that to my bad investment in PC tools software, is that fairly safe to hang on to? or is that something that is potentially going to haunt me down the road?

Dave

I was a former PCT fanboy, but they have gotten so bloated and win7 really doesnt need most of the tools, I got rid of it.

Only time will tell but if you notice a lag, or any odd behavior I would start there
