BSOD On Dell Studio 1558 Laptop

Specs:
Dell Studio 1558 Laptop
Windows 7 Home Premium SP1
4GB of RAM
200GB free disk space (500GB drive)

Had a few BSODs the last few days. The only one I caught was a BAD_POOL_CALL, while the others were realized by opening the laptop out of sleep/hibernate and instead of resuming Windows, I get the dreadful full reboot with "Windows did not shut down normally".

Attached is all the crash info, etc...

Both were Related to NETw5s64.sys Wireless WiFi Link Driver from Intel Corporation. I would re-install with newest available from Intel. Yours from early 2009

I removed and re-installed the WiFi driver and thought we had this nipped as I ran 8 days straight without a problem, however I've now had 4 BSODs in the past 24 hours (2 while actively using the laptop, 2 identified by the "Windows Did Not Close Normally" after opening it.

I ran through all the steps and created a new .zip file which is attached.
