Hi
Two days ago we started gettings random bsods on one of our business computers, they seem to occur during the scheduled windows backup, but not always, the backup of the bsod comp is on one of the 500gb internal drives, but 1 of the other office computer backups runs via the network to the 1tb external usb drive connected to the computer getting bsods, and this external drive was added 4 days ago, so im guessing this is the problem? or i could be wrong, its been a while since i got a bsod but im attaching the dump files i think youre supposed to and the dxdiag
this is the external drive recently bought which i think is causing this, but im not sure: Komplett.se - Western Digital Elements (WDBAAU0010HBK-EESN)
Really hope you can help, need this business computer working properly with all the backups working etc
Thanks in advance!
Regards
