Debugging of BSOD problem

My laptop regularly gets a blue screen and restarts.The message displayed is as follows:

I generally use it for study purposes and for browsing net.The occurrence of this problem is completely random.Sometimes it occurs as soon as i start my laptop and sometimes it occurs three to four times a day.Can some one please help me in getting rid of this problem.
