Solved Vaio Crashing

Hi!

I have a Sony Vaio VGN-CS35GN. [FONT=&quot]It came pre-installed with Vista 32 bit, but I am now using a licensed institutional version of Windows 7 Professional 32-bit. There’s only one OS.[/FONT]

I had earlier used this forum to resolve a previous (unrelated) problem.

My computer is crashing again for some reason.

Try installing SP1: Learn how to install Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (SP1)

If that doesn't help, post back with a new jcgriff2 report and we'll go from there.
