Hello Samia, welcome to SF! Saw Boshko's call for help...

You have a couple of potential problems:
1. Please see this link. If you are not comfortable with the advice given there, post back for further help but this is one of your isseus:

MpKsld8528daf ROOT\LEGACY_MPKSLD8528DAF\0000 This device is not present, is not working properly, or does not have all its drivers installed.

2. Don't know if you already do.. but with just 2GB of RAM memory, you really need to watch how much you let your system do at a time...

3. Check to see if you let Windows update finish important updates.
Please go to your Maintenance Center and check the Windows Update status. Make sure you are up to date, do them one by one manually if needed.
For help or reset see: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/91738-windows-update-reset.html

For some reason your dumps are not complete. We will look into that later if needed.

Please try two extra steps if the above does not solve:

Boot in Safemode and (though I'm currently not sure if 3dMax can be started in this mode) try there: Safe Mode - Windows 7 Forums

Post back any results.

i have attached the relatent problem as described in BSoD KINDLY HELP

These were related to your video driver. It is a win xp era driver and needs to be updated.

Please update to the newest using this method.
When upgrading your graphic driver you MUST remove all traces of the current driver. In order to do that we recommend using http://www.guru3d.com/category/driversweeper/

http://phyxion.net/Driver-Sweeper/Driver-Sweeper/Version-3-1-0/

When it is removed then download and install the fresh copy.

"It's not a true crash, in the sense that the bluescreen was initiated only because the combination of video driver and video hardware was being unresponsive, and not because of any synchronous processing exception.

Since Vista, the "Timeout Detection and Recovery" (TDR) components of the OS video subsystem have been capable of doing some truly impressive things to try to recover from issues which would have caused earlier OSs like XP to crash.

As a last resort, the TDR subsystem sends the video driver a "please restart yourself now!" command and waits a few seconds.

If there's no response, the OS concludes that the video driver/hardware combo has truly collapsed in a heap, and it fires off that stop 0x116 BSOD.

If playing with video driver versions hasn't helped, make sure the box is not overheating.

Try removing a side panel and aiming a big mains fan straight at the motherboard and GPU.

Run it like that for a few hours or days - long enough to ascertain whether cooler temperatures make a difference.

If so, it might be as simple as dust buildup and subsequently inadequate cooling.

I would download cpu-z and gpu-z (both free) and keep an eye on the video temps Let us know if you need help http://www.sevenforums.com/crash-lo...op-0x116-video_tdr_error-troubleshooting.html

I have checked the spec's and the requirements of Autodesk 3ds Max 2011 32B which you have installed. I don't think this will work on your system. It is stretching it for both your motherboards graphical chips capabilities and 2Gb RAM by definition (of Autodesk) limits what you can do with the program even if the graphics could handle it.

But, if you checked, tried it and it USED to function fine... then maybe you need to update to this service pack: Autodesk - Autodesk 3ds Max Design Services & Support - Autodesk 3ds Max Design 2011 Service Pack 2

According to the doc's it fixes some of the system instability that customers have been having on the "weaker" systems.

Can you update us on what things you did try? I can see the problem is still occurring, I'd probably expect that, see previous post... But what things have you followed up?

Has this system worked fine with 3ds in the past?
Have you tried the update in here: Autodesk - Autodesk 3ds Max Design Services & Support - Autodesk 3ds Max Design 2011 Service Pack 2 ?
Have you monitored temps? Can you post a snip on what they are?
Did you try the Microsoft fix for this problem (it has gotten bigger since last time...)

Please turn off (as a test) your MSN messenger. You have > 10 faults on that alone.
Also, finish Windows Update, something is wrong there.
Please go to your Maintenance Center and check the Windows Update status. Make sure you are up to date, do them one by one manually if needed.
