random bsods when playing wow or playing movies

HI there
im hopeing someone can help me solve this im stumped about what the error is.
it only accurs when im ether playing online games or watching movies. my driver says it's up to date, but ill post the bsod.

Yep, PSU = Power Supply Unit. It looks like you've got a good one, I doubt it's the issue.

Try the Prime95 and Memtest86 tests, hopefully we won't need to replace the video card.

ok i downloaded the prime 95 and im not sure what im sopose to do after the tests, do i somehow link it to you on here? and the other memtest86 i dont understand how to download it, there are files that wont let me run.
