I am new as a poster to this forum, and I mistakenly started this thread in the wrong section. Also, I did not follow the instructions for BSODs.

My apologies. Hopefully, i have it right this time.

Customer has a 2yr old Dell Inspiron 580 w/Core i3 540 running Windows 7 Pro 64bit.
Some more resource intensive stuff was coming down the pike, so we upgraded the RAM from 4 to 8 gigs and added a HighPoint RAID controller (2 WD Terabyte drives).

The upgrade process proceeded without any issues. The RAID was initialized, partitioned and data copied. No errors, no glitches. I even downloaded and installed Windows 7 64-bit SP1 after all the new hardware was in place.

OK, so the machine has been back on-site for about 3 weeks. They are experiencing random BSODs at rate of 2-3 a day, and I cannot determine the cause.

The specified files in the BSOD posting instructions have been zipped and attached to this thread.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Bump... Can any crash whisperers make sense of this? I know I could switch out all the RAM, and individually test the RAID drives, but I was hoping the dmp files would provide some sort of clue....
