Windows 7 - Random Freezes with new PC!

I'm getting random freezes without bluescreen, sometimes while gaming, sometimes while only surfing on internet or just browsing files.
I checked the Event Viewer and there are always 2 same BSOD:

Any idea where these are coming from ?!
Any stress test programs dont show any errors or so and say that are devices are working properly.
I got a brand new setup as follows:

Motherboard: AsRock Z68 Pro3 (B3)
CPU: Intel Core I5-2500K
GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 570 HD SuperClocked
HDD: Samsung SpinPoint F3 1,5TB, SATA II
PSU: ARCTIC COOLING Fusion 550R
RAM: 8GB-Kit G.Skill RipJaws-X PC3-10667U CL9
CASE: BitFenix Shinobi Midi-Tower black
FANS: 3x Scythe GentleTyphoon 120 mm 800 rpm

There are many reasons why a PC " behaves" this way.
These annoying " gliches" may be caused by an overloaded hard drive, overworked CPU, Malware, running 2 AV 's, unnecessary data, Browser addons or you may have unnecessary programs running in the background etc....

Troubleshooting steps for you to try -

* Go to search, type device manager and look for any yellow warning markers.

* Download SuperAntiSpyware or Malwarebytes, run a full scan after you update.

* Run an Antivirus scan.

*Type event viewer, in search (by start button) > Windows Logs > Application & System.
Look for RED critical errors that say app hang, app crash, or anything that relates to the problem.
Note the event ID, and the source codes and Google search them.

* Make sure that you are not over heating.

* Make sure PSU is working properly.

* If overclocking, restore to original.

* Try in safe mode; report back if it works properly.

BTW, If you get a BSOD submit the DMP files for analysis.

Seeing as how I just recovered from a similar issue I'll also toss in my two cents.

I simply had to replace my hard-drive and re-install. Everything is running great now.

Is your hard-drive new or old? A simple check for some bad sectors might help as well. Anyways, JMH will know more than I so listen to him first!

Just suggesting a possible HDD issue.

Glad to know my comments are welcome.

I am posting again as well because I had a perfect install on a brand new hard drive this morning and my comp restarted randomly again.

I suspect a bad piece of ram so I suggest checking that as well.

Anyways good luck. I will be sure to post what the techs find when I get my system back in case it helps you.

Found out that the cause of my crashes was a bad piece of RAM.
Hope this helps somebody with same issues!

Great, glad to hear you got it fixed.

Mine was like this: bad hard-drive into brand new system, change the hard-drive, then found out bad ram was also causing issues.

Up and running 2 days now with no issues. Bad RAM is a very common issue it seems.
