Various memory corruption issues.

These were caused by a memory exception. Please run these two tests to verify your memory and find which driver is causing the problem.

1-Memtest.

*Download a copy of Memtest86 and burn the ISO to a CD using Iso Recorder or another ISO burning program. Memtest86+ - Advanced Memory Diagnostic Tool

*Boot from the CD, and leave it running for at least 5 or 6 passes.

Just remember, any time Memtest reports errors, it can be either bad RAM or a bad motherboard slot.

Test the sticks individually, and if you find a good one, test it in all slots.

2-Driver verifier

I'd suggest that you first backup your data and then make sure you've got access to another computer so you can contact us if problems arise. Then make a System Restore point (so you can restore the system using the Vista/Win7 Startup Repair feature).

In Windows 7 you can make a Startup Repair disk by going to Start....All Programs...Maintenance...Create a System Repair Disc - with Windows Vista you'll have to use your installation disk or the "Repair your computer" option at the top of the Safe Mode menu .

Then, here's the procedure:
- Go to Start and type in "verifier" (without the quotes) and press Enter
- Select "Create custom settings (for code developers)" and click "Next"
- Select "Select individual settings from a full list" and click "Next"
- Select everything EXCEPT FOR "Low Resource Simulation" and click "Next"
- Select "Select driver names from a list" and click "Next"
Then select all drivers NOT provided by Microsoft and click "Next"
- Select "Finish" on the next page.

Reboot the system and wait for it to crash to the Blue Screen. Continue to use your system normally, and if you know what causes the crash, do that repeatedly. The objective here is to get the system to crash because Driver Verifier is stressing the drivers out. If it doesn't crash for you, then let it run for at least 36 hours of continuous operation (an estimate on my part).

If you can't get into Windows because it crashes too soon, try it in Safe Mode.
If you can't get into Safe Mode, try using System Restore from your installation DVD to set the system back to the previous restore point that you created.

2. the first driver verifier i run makes my system crash, i try to verify a driver for tunngle then my laptop just bsod's for amount of tries. Right now, i run my laptop smoothly, but it keeps haunting me to do anything, i'm afraid when i do something important, my laptop will crah  but right now everything seems fine, just this morning i had 1 bsod.

Probably not "broken" but memory is very finicky. Sometimes new memory wont play nice with old memory even if they are the same mfr and model number.

Driver verifier is supposed to crash. when it does it creates a file (DMP) which tell us what caused it. You need to upload them.

btw my pleasure.

My pleasure. Memtest displays its progress onscreen and there is a column that lists the errors.l If there are any errors chances are good the memory is involved.

Unsure of your setup. Did you make the USB boot-able when you formatted it?

Did you format the usb drive and make it bootable?

Install Windows 7 Or Windows 8 From USB

this is how to make it bootable. no need to install win 7 on it

Um, no it isnt.

The true cause was termdd.sys (remote desktop driver) and is part of the OS.

You have several problems here.

1-First and foremost. Old drivers in need of update.
Code:
RimSerial_AMD64.sys 11/24/2008 1:01:01 PM fffff880`040b7000 fffff880`040bec00 0x00007c00 0x492addcd
NTIDrvr.SYS 3/24/2009 11:09:39 PM fffff880`04389000 fffff880`04391000 0x00008000 0x49c9a073
UBHelper.SYS 4/27/2009 4:48:19 AM fffff880`04381000 fffff880`04389000 0x00008000 0x49f57153
lirsgt.sys 5/17/2009 9:06:57 AM fffff880`05e93000 fffff880`05ea0000 0x0000d000 0x4a100bf1
atksgt.sys 5/17/2009 9:36:34 AM fffff880`05e2b000 fffff880`05e7a000 0x0004f000 0x4a1012e2
amdxata.sys 5/19/2009 1:56:59 PM fffff880`014d5000 fffff880`014e0000 0x0000b000 0x4a12f2eb

2- You should run the update readiness tool then update to SP-1 to fix the termdd problem

Ensure you install the correct 64 or 32bit option for your system)

Download the System Update Readiness Tool (64bit)
Download the System Update Readiness Tool (32bit)

3-Remove and replace your Avast with Microsoft Security essentials

drivers

How To Find Drivers:
- search Google for the name of the driver
- compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
- visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
- if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.
- - The most common drivers are listed on this page: Driver Reference Driver Reference
- - Driver manufacturer links are on this page: Drivers and Downloads

System readiness tool makes sure your system has all the files necessary to update to SP-1

Run the readiness tool it is pretty self evident.
