I'm not very computer literate. While watching video on my computer, I occasionally get a BSOD restart. Also, if I close my laptop without shutting down, it will turn off and when I turn it back on I get a Windows error recovery message about BlueScreen.

I've tried Windows Update and HP update, they both say that everything is up to date, but I'm still getting BSOD occasionally. Any Suggestions? Would you recommend any other programs?

To install an older driver version, can I go into the device manager, expand network adapters, click properties on my wifi device, and then select to "roll back driver?" Or is there a better way to do this? I just don't want to try to fix the problem and then cause a bigger problem.

You can try this but I'll recommend downloading an older version.

Okay, I've been trying to find an older version, but I don't know if I'm looking in the right places. I'm looking in Intel's download search for the driver but I can't seem to find it.

I think I have Intel Wifi link 1000 BGN dated 1/13/2010 version 13.1.1.1.

I'd appreciate any help, I'm really lost.
