I have not contacted ASUS. Mainly because all i could find on their website was support for their prebuilt asus computers. Perhaps I didn't look close enough. Instead i contacted the store who sold me the mobo, since I still have warranty, they asked me to send in the entire pc for them to analyze since im not sure where the problem lies. I'm sending it in next week unless the issue has been solved.

No I have not tried flashing BIOS twice. I'll take a look at that.

Flashed BIOS again (even though it was 'up to date') and now after a reboot the SSD can be found). Until now everytime I rebooted the SSD hasn't been able to be found so this is very good. Let's hope it sticks around.

    I'll report back later.

Sorry re-flashing the BIOS did not resolve the issue. Let us know what the analysts come up with when you take it in. Make sure you describe the problem in detail and what steps cause it so they can recreate the behavior.

Ok, i eagerly received my pc back from the repairshop today. They replaced my graphic card, mobo and ssd.

As far as i can tell the only part which isnt the same as before is my mobo, they hooked me up with a Gigabyte ultra durable GA-Z68XP-UD3-iSSD
Im not sure wether thats a downgrade or upgrade, never the less. I booted my pc and things worked fine until i saw som flickering on my screens so i unplugged 2 of my 3 screens thinking they caused it due to no grfx drivers yet and reset the pc.

Now when i press the boot button, it lights up as usual for about 25 seconds before it shuts itself down and restarts. This goes on and on until i remove the powercable, during the few seconds it is 'booting' my monitor receives no signals, my mouse and my keyboard doesnt seem to either.

Considering that i just got it back from repair and it worked fine tilli reset it this feels like a punch in the face.

I tried removing the powercable and holding down the powerbutton for 30seconds but it didnt help.

Update: removed the battery to clear cmos: did not help.

    What do I do now?

Update: I made a new thread about this issue PC stuck in endless loop session.

    hasn't yet been solved
    Thanks in advance!

You're in good hands. Greg is one of the best with these types of problems. If he misses anything, I'll be surprised, but I can fill in on a few counts. :) I'll subscribe to that thread, too, so you don't have to keep posting to this old one.

I see carwiz also helped. carwiz helped me with a problem last night, so I have confidence there, too. :)
