That message indicates that your hard disk has corrupted or damaged sectors again. Run
Disk Check with both boxes checked, again. This is beginning to look like a failing drive, so backup any important data as soon as the disk check completes.
Good news is, idle temperatures look good.
If you end up replacing the hard disk, see if it improves stability.
