It could be something wrong with your CPU, too. RAM testing can fail if its controller (the CPU) does not work properly. Obviously this is also true of the motherboard. If the motherboard has a problem, and it is not able to run the CPU properly, this can cause RAM to behave oddly.
The most likely case I feel is probably mobo or CPU, perhaps mobo. Whatever test I throw at the RAM from MemTest shows no errors. Same goes with any heating problems or high stress loads on the CPU (with Prime95). Course, I'm not gonna rule out anything yet but it just seems like there's just something off about the mobo that's locking up a core and causing the BSOD.
I'll report if it happens again and I would send it in to Samsung (still under warranty) but unfortunately, I'm out of the country right now.
