BSOD While running antivirus software scan, Bug Check Code 0x00000019

Ran a full scan on my computer with PC Tools Spyware doctor with antivirus

Running an HP G62 Notebook

I've attached two .dmp files with the basic reasons why they crashed.
I found that the problem was with the ntoskrnl.exe file but I don't know how to fix it...

Please follow the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions to upload your crash reports. The information you provided was rather vague, and the method used to analyze the .dmp files often provides no useful information or misleading information. We really need the full crash reports to give informed troubleshooting steps.
