System Service Error BSO

System service error BSOD...I have had problems with my computer not going to sleep properly like when I close the lid or go start>sleep...so today it slept and then when I woke it back up it said system service error....I don't know why it won't sleep or why I got the BSOD..

Got two BSOD's before this...i'll post them here too...the first one on the list will be the one that just happened

It looks like Mo3Fltr.sys is the cause. It is part of the Asus PCProbe program, and is notorious for causing crashes.

I suggest removing it completely using Programs and Features. If the BSODs persist, please continue to upload the dmps.
