Strange dllhost.exe behaviour

Recently dllhost.exe started showing on my processes and it eats up 50% of my CPU. I have kis2012 installed and it doesn't start up automatically. When I open up Computer it doesn't show me any drives although I waited some 2 hrs. I did install MalwareBytes and run a scan but it didn't show anything and even did fix my registry with ccleaner. I tried killing the process using process explorer but it shoots up again. I recently worked with FlStudio and exported some wav files on my desktop. But when I try to move them to a different location my system crashes. Well here are the screenshots to all the problems I'm facing:

Here's the process using Process Explorer

Google searches say it's a misbehaving program. Do you have "Urge" (that's the most obvious one that I found).
Here's the search term: {AB8902B4-09CA-4BB6-B78D-A8F59079A8D5}

Please provide the info from here (even though you're not having BSOD's): Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions

Try this free program (this is a shot in the dark): ShellExView - Shell Extension Manager For Windows
Use it to disable all non-Windows shell extensions in Explorer (so you'll disable Windows Defender stuff, but not the Windows stuff. If unsure, leave it alone!). See if that stops it.

If it does, then re-enable them a few at a time until you find out which one it is.

Finally got rid of the problem. It seems I was having some problem with the codecs. I used process monitor and figured out that explorer.exe is trying to access the wav files continuously. I used unlocker to delete the wav files and since then evrything seems to be fine. I did a reboot and it doesn't show up again. The problem I think was with the thumbnail view that windows have. Since the files were on my desktop the conflict with the codec could not generate the view and as a result used up my CPU. As for the Kaspersky part I still am not able to figure out although it started showing on my process after some 20mins. I uninstalled and installed it again and has been working working fine till now.
