Windows 7 - Lots of BSOD please help! ntfs.sys

This is the 5th time i reinstall windows and hope to get a crash free computer, but to no success.
Changed harddrives to new ones but still same issue.

when i go to bed i turn off the power button on the PSU, and the first thing that happends when i use it again is i get a BSOD at windows desktop, it can be everything from ntfs.sys a number of various other files i dont remember, but are all in the minidump.
Then i turn it off with the power switch and it reboots, that usually fixes the PC for the first hours. Then many times in games i get BSOD from various types again.. its totally random, sometimes hours down to minutes and random games.. no pattern... -.-
i also use Driveragent to check if all drivers are up to date, and they are..

im clueless to what it can be so now i decided to get some help from people with the right knowledge.
I used a program called Whocrashed in attemt to find the source of it, but was kinda useless as it only said time and again
"Your system configuration may be incorrect. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver on your system which cannot be identified at this time."

please help me, im tired of not being able to use my new computer..

21 memory dumps from 21 Jan 2012 to the present
7 different BSOD error codes
8 different causes blamed

This is most likely a hardware error - which includes:
- overclocking
- compatibility issues
- low-level driver problems
- malware

The only questionable driver that I spotted in the dumps was AODDriver2.sys - a component of AMD OverDrive that has been known to cause BSOD's. Try this:
- uninstall all AMD/ATI video stuff from Control Panel...Programs...Uninstall a program
- visit the ATI website (here: Global Provider of Innovative Graphics, Processors and Media Solutions | AMD ) and download the latest video drivers for your system
- install the downloaded drivers using the Custom installation routine. If it offers to install either AMD OverDrive or the Vision Engine Control Center - decline those and install the rest of the stuff.
- check in C:\Windows\System32\drivers to ensure that AODDriver2.sys has been removed (if not, post back here).

- Create a System Restore Point prior to doing any of this. DO NOT mess with the drivers themselves - leave the Windows\System32\drivers directory alone unless we specifically direct you to it!
- Please either update the older drivers from the device manufacturer's website - or uninstall them from your system. Reference links are included below.
- DO NOT use Windows Update or the Update Drivers function of Device Manager.
- Please feel free to post back about any drivers that you are having difficulty locating.
- Windows Update exceptions may be noted below for Windows drivers.

If you have overclocked anything, return them to default settings.

Have you been checking your temperatures?
Use Core Temp, to check the CPU temps when at idle, under load and/or testing.
Let us know the minimum and maximum temps you get.

Go to your BIOS and tell us what the CPU, RAM and the CPU integrated memory controller voltages are.

Yeah i'll do that.
I have the locked water cooling system CoolIT vantage A.L.C on my cpu so i can at all times watch the LCD screen and check temps. when idle its 34c under load its 40c. i also have another LCD displaying the temp inside the case at all times and its 25-27c.
my AMD vision engine CC i got locked at 60% fan speeds witch gives me a stable temp at idle 45c and under gaming 65-70c.

i'll get some new pic's.
And about that voltage, talked to an AMD tech support guy about it and he said it was normal to compensate for the loss when on load.
