BSOD when I try to refresh my Windows experience index

Last year my mainboard fried on me, it was a MSI G31M-P21, I recently bought a MSI G41M-P28. I put the parts back together myself. For now the parts are as followed:

Mainboard: MSI G41M-P28
Prossessor: Intel(R) Pentium(R) D 3.4GHz
RAM: 2GB
OS: Windows 7 Professional 32-bit
Graphic card: NVIDIA GeForce GT 220

When I started the pc after putting back the parts, I noticed the loading time was slower than before. After a little waiting for the computer to finish the start up stuffs, I installed the drivers for the new graphic card and drivers for the chipset n audio from the mainboard's cd. I tried to refresh the windows experience index, after the flash, when it tests my processor I think, I got the BSOD. I tried playing SMT imagine a few times after that, while in the game, after a little my pc freezes everytime. Also froze when I tried to change graphic settings in GTA IV, but only lags like when I am in the actual gameplay.

I googled:
"Problem signature:
Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.256.48
Locale ID: 1033"

Additional information about the problem:
BCCode: 124
BCP1: 00000000
BCP2: 860098FC
BCP3: 00000000
BCP4: 00000000
OS Version: 6_1_7601
Service Pack: 1_0
Product: 256_1

and came around a similar thread on this site, followed steps from there but still same problem.

It is much easier to find patterns, etc, when there are more than one crash.

We prefer you wait until you have at least two so that if one is corrupt the other probably wont be.

Quote:
A "stop 0x124" is fundamentally different to many other types of bluescreens because it stems from a hardware complaint.

Stop 0x124 minidumps contain very little practical information, and it is therefore necessary to approach the problem as a case of hardware in an unknown state of distress
Some generic advice.

If you are overclocking STOP. Return to the default settings at least for now.
If you are running a RAID update its driver.
