Have you tried to reboot in "
Safe Mode with Networking" yet? If not, please try that.
Do you recall the name of the trojan? Depending on what it was, a clean install might be required, but....before than, we will help you get your data of the disk first, so don't worry about that.
It will also help us if you can give us as much information about your system as possible. Please use this tutorial to help with that:
