Windows 7 - Frequent BSOD's at random times

Hi guys, basically I get very frequent BSOD's while doing anything on my computer from gaming, to watching videos and browsing the web. I thought I had a bad stick of RAM because one day my comp wouldn't boot and I took a stick out and everything seemed fine after that. Then I started getting frequent BSOD's so I formatted and re-installed Windows 7 64 bit Ultimate. I am still getting BSOD's at random times. I thought it was my sound card as well because most of the time everytime I go to watch a video as soon as a start it or a few minutes in I will get a BSOD. So I took my sound card out and installed on board sound drivers and I still get the same thing. I have attached all files needed hopefully somebody will be able to figure out what the problem is. Also I looked at my RAM and saw a kind of white stuff on it when I took it out. It almost looked like white out on the RAM. It was on both sticks the bad and the good one. - What is the age of system (hardware)? 6 years?
- What is the age of OS installation (have you re-installed the OS?) just formatted about a month ago after i started to get BSOD'S

Also, I cannot restart. If I try to restart it will just go to a black screen and hang. I have to shut down and turn it back on to restart. If I try to use the restart button in windows OR the restart button on my physical tower it WILL NOT restart, it just hangs. So when I get a BSOD it won't restart I have to hold down the power button on the tower untill it shuts down.

I would get hold of different memory (RAM) (maybe Kingston or Crucial) to try on the motherboard.

The white stuff on the RAM could be causing problems, but then it could be RAM itself.

Secondly, I would suggest uninstalling the generic PS/2 driver for the Mouse, restarting your PC and letting Windows install it for your again. You might also want to try a different mouse.

What about If I buy the same exact RAM but new? Also I will try the mouse driver thing you suggested, thank you.

Could you post a screenshot of the RAM slot that RAM module was pulled from?

Also, you could try cleaning the module off with alcohol and a coffee filter.

I think this RAM is just old and needs to be replaced. What would cause the RAM to get that white stuff on it like that?

Could be something from the fan that got blown onto the module, or it may have come from the motherboard. I would make sure there is nothing in your slots or on the fan that might get on the modules.

Anybody else have any input on what I should do to try to fix my computer? I appreciate all the help so far, I really do.

Since you asked for others' input, I was waiting to see if others would get involved. The crashes and debugging forum is very busy, so it is difficult sometimes to get help from multiple experts. If you still need help, I will see if I can bring some more minds into the mix.

Yes I still need help. Any input will be appreciated. I tried swapping video cards and I also ran drive fitness test. My hard drive passed and is fine. the video card swap didn't help either. When I tried to install the video drivers it blue screened. Also when i restart now I get a blue screen as soon as I hit the restart button.
