BSOD in Windows 7 Ultimate since a while

Hi I am not much computer savvy, I have been getting the blue screen error since 1 month now.

My PC specs

Windows 7 32 bit ultimate

Pc is about 4 years old ..

The OS came pre installed ..

Processor - Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 @ 2.40 GHz

Memory - 4GB .

I also have a NVIDIA graphics card



If more info is needed please let me know, please help me resolve this annoying error that crops up inbetween work. Thank you
