BSOD for no Reason. Blue Screen Viewer says ntoskrln.exe is reason

Good evening,

I own an ACER Extensa 5620
2 GB of RAM

OP Is Windows 7 Home Premium
x64 bit
the original installed OS on the system was Vista
full retail version?

I purchased this laptop from EBAY. It was cheap and I am starting to figure out why. It was working fine for a while, minus the CD Rom not working. All of a sudden a BSOD keeps on interupting me when I am working on line, or on word, when ever it feels like. I brought the laptop to a PC repair place and they installed a new version of windows 7 on my laptop. They said that should fix the problem with the screen. However this did not work. He did say to bring it back and he would look at it again, I am trying to fix the problem myself because I can not leave my laptop for more than a few days unless it is necessary. Attached is the reports that Sevenforum asked my to do. Please help with this problem.

*Your crash was related to NETwLv64.sys Wireless WiFi Link Driver from Intel Corporation.
Yours is dated March 2009.
Re install the Network Driver

* Noticed too you are using driver verifier enabled.
It may be contributing to your issue.
Please use the below link to disable it.

How To Find Drivers:
Quote:
- search Google for the name of the driver
- compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
- visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
- if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.
- - The most common drivers are listed on this page: Driver Reference Driver Reference
- - Driver manufacturer links are on this page: Drivers and Downloads
