Different BSODs(mostly Memory management) at random times

Hi guys,
BSOD occuring randomly at no specific time.(atleast 4 times a day)
All my browsers keep on crashing.Windows explorer and catalyst control center also crash a lot.
Did memtest previously overnight didn't get any errors.
checked the system with replacing each memory stick individually, ran similarly with each one of them.

Windows 7 X64-Retail version
one and half year old hardware(problem was there from almost an year)
OS reinstalled 3 months back.

Have attached the Dump files and performance report.
Plz help.

Thank you

Best thing to start with is to check the memory itself.
Best way to do that is to allow memtest to run overnight.

memory management generally means, the memory is actually bad, or a driver is passing bad arguments into the system.

It's not something I would expect a windows update to cause.
