BSOD for the first time, while on Chrome, error 0x101

Please feel free to tell me if I'm doing anything wrong, as this is my first time posting here.

Today I was using Chrome and surfing as usual. I normally leave Youtube open while doing other things, and I went to pause the video I was watching for a second when my system locked up and then bluescreened.

I'm hoping it's just a fluke but better safe than sorry, I suppose. As for some additional information, I do use AVG as an antivirus, and I also had to install drivers manually and not through a CD because I currently don't have an optical drive installed on my desktop.

Turbo Boost for i7's also turned on, not sure if that has any bearing on this problem, since this appears to be some issue with the CPU. There are also no temperature issues with any of my parts, since I checked numerous times under idle and load and they seem to be in reasonable levels.

Thanks in advance for taking the time to view my issue, it's greatly appreciated.

TAP-Win32 Adapter V9 (Tunngle) and Cisco AnyConnect VPN are disabled. Please:
- enable the devices
- uninstall the software/drivers
- remove any hardware associated with these devices from the system.

You have a NETGEAR WG111v2 54Mbps Wireless USB 2.0 Adapter
Win7 doesn't like these devices, and when coupled with older (Vista-era) drivers will spit out BSOD's at the blink of an eye! Here's my rant about these devices:
I do not recommend using wireless USB devices. Especially in Win7 systems.
These wireless USB devices have many issues with Win7 - and using Vista drivers with them is almost sure to cause a BSOD.
Should you want to keep using these devices, be sure to have Win7 drivers - DO NOT use Vista drivers!!!
An installable wireless PCI/PCIe card that's plugged into your motherboard is much more robust, reliable, and powerful.
Although you have one of the few Win7-era drivers that I've seen for this device, the Netgear scmndisp.sys driver still dates from 2007 and is likely to be causing problems with your device.

Daemon Tools (and Alcohol % software) are known to cause BSOD's on Win7 systems (mostly due to the sptd.sys driver).
Please uninstall the program, then use the following free tool to ensure that the troublesome sptd.sys driver is removed from your system (pick the 32 or 64 bit system depending on your system's configuration): DuplexSecure - FAQ

Rainmeter and XFastUSB have had problems in the past. Just keep an eye on them for now, but we'll revisit them if the errors don't stop.

As an update, I did try running the driver verifier and it turns out that my computer could not even start Windows. When I checked the bluescreen logs, it had something to do with Daemon Tools.
