I am getting some very odd BSOD's at very random times. I will explain everything in sections;
What i am doing when i get a blue screen?
I can play a game such as league of legends or say skyrim for many hours without a blue screen, but if i am watching a stream or trying to do some work i will get a blue screen. Its as if the things that are very memory/graphical or just generally computer intensive never cause a blue screen, but something as simple as say going to youtube will cause a blue screen. The blue screen i am getting are usually "MEMORY_MANAGEMENT" or "IRQL_NOT_LESS_THAN_EQUAL". At times some blue screens will remove my graphics drivers.
What have i done to try and resolve this?
I have done several formats. I did very recently remove one of my monitors to see if having two monitors could have been causing it. Ive done "Windows Memory Diagnostic" a few times and that has been telling me everything is fine.
What are my computer specs?
(Hopefully i list everything you will need)
Mainboard: Gigabyte GA-870A-UD3
Processor: AMD Phenom II X6 1100T @ 3400MHz
Memory: 4096 DDR3
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460
Operating System: Windows 7 Ultimate x32
Now i have noticed in some of the threads you ask for a "Minidump File" so attached is what i think you are looking for. Hopefully ive been able to explain what my problem is, if anything is missing or ive failed to explain, please ask, i dont really want anymore BSOD's, sick of having them.

P.S. Under the posting instructions on step 3 "run a system help report", i couldnt really see how to save as a HTML file, so if it is really needed, could anyone point me in the right direction?
