No DMPS included in upload try this method

We do need the DMP file as it contains the only record of the sequence of events leading up to the crash, what drivers were loaded, and what was responsible.

If you are overclocking STOP

You may be able to get the DMP files without crashing by booting into safe mode (F8) with networking.

To enable us to assist you with your computer's BSOD symptoms, upload the contents of your "\Windows\Minidump" folder.

The procedure:
* Copy the contents of \Windows\Minidump to another (temporary) location somewhere on your machine.
* Zip up the copy.
* Attach the ZIP archive to your post using the "paperclip" (file attachments) button.
*If the files are too large please upload them to a file sharing service like "Rapidshare" and put a link to them in your reply.

To ensure minidumps are enabled:
* Go to Start, in the Search Box type: sysdm.cpl, press Enter.
* Under the Advanced tab, click on the Startup and Recovery Settings... button.
* Ensure that Automatically restart is unchecked.
* Under the Write Debugging Information header select Small memory dump (256 kB) in the dropdown box (the 256kb varies).
* Ensure that the Small Dump Directory is listed as %systemroot%\Minidump.
* OK your way out.
* Reboot if changes have been made.

No Kernel Memory Dump files being produced upon BSOD?

For dumps to be produced. . .
▪ Page file must be on OS drive
▪ Page file base allocation size must be > than installed physical RAM
▪ Windows Error Reporting (WER) system service should be set to MANUAL
▪ Set page file to system managed, OS drive

Set System Crash/ Recovery Settings to "Kernel Memory Dump" - this will produce. . .
--> a Full Kernel Memory Dump - c:\windows\memory.dmp
--> a Mini Kernel dump c:\windows\minidump

The Full Kernel is overwritten each BSOD; a new mini kernel dump is created w/ different name for each BSOD

Thanks to jcgriff2

A kernel crash is a BSOD. Thats what you named the thread.

DO you see a blue screen when it re-starts?

We may be able to find something in event viewer

Please provide us with your Event Viewer administrative logs by following these steps:

Click Start Menu
Type eventvwr into Search programs and files (do not hit enter)
Right click eventvwr.exe and click Run as administrator
Expand Custom Views
Click Administrative Events
Right click Administrative Events
Save all Events in Custom View As...
Save them in a folder where you will remember which folder and save as Errors.evtx
Go to where you saved Errors.evtx
Right click Errors.evtx -> send to -> compressed (zipped) folder
Upload the .zip file here.

Sorry it is taking so long.

Almost every event crash points to the same file SHELL32.dll Part of the OS it needs to be repaired by running a repair install. It also seems that your Xbox is triggering it.

This type of event is called a memory exception and is either caused by ram (did you change yours lately) or a driver.

You also have an issue with the wifi driver as shown in the snip

Finally Maplestory will continue to crash until the developer fixes it.

Yes it is acting as if something is preventing it from continuing. Is it in your personal opinion i should just backup the comp and redo windows?
