Solved BSOD seconds after logging in

I can stare at the log in screen for 10 minutes, but as soon as I type in my password, about a minute later I get the BSOD. I was able to dump the file from Safe mode, hope it still gets you the information that is needed.

More info:
Problem started yesterday when I was viewing the web and it randomly shut down on me.

Please uninstall McAfee, it's a known cause to BSoDs..So is Daemon Tools.
Uninstall both.

I and many members on our forum recommend Microsoft security essentials with
a great combination of Malware Bytes.

Run a full scan with both (separately) once downloaded, installed and updated.

I was able to remove Daemon from "uninstall programs." I tried the Mcafee removal tool you linked me to but it says "uninstallation incomplete - Enterprise software detected.

I Googled and found this:

I tried this (8.7i) but get "The Windows Installer service could not be accessed" - I'm guessing because I'm in safe mode. I also booted into cmd line mode and ran the code again, but same error. How else can I attempt to remove Mcafee from Safe mode?

Thanks so much for your help, keep it coming. I feel like I/we are really close to solving this one (hopefully).

No go - same error message. I can uninstall other programs, but not Mcafee and another (Identity Finder)

I was able to boot into PC regularly by: MSconfig > Diagnostic Startup. However, Still same message about uninstalling. Also find I have no network and can't use Laptop FN keys.

In MSConfig, I'm able to stop the Mcafee from "Startup" tab, but when I attempt to disable it in "Services," the check boxes re appear after hitting apply

Any other ideas?

Do you mean you're getting the same error about uninstalling in normal mode now? Or in safe mode?

After a combination of things, I finally got it:
Safe Mode:
msconfig:
diagnostic start > choose all services > turn off Mcafee from "Startup"
boot into normal mode:
Mcafee did not boot up, so i was able to finally remove the SOB!

Thanks for helping me on this one. too scared to restart the machine, I usually let it sleep anyways.
