Windows 7 - Help bsod

I keep getting bsod this is on windows xp though, as I just switched back from windows 7 to windows xp, and this forum helped me in the past, and I cant find a windows xp forums, how do i show you the bsod?

You are looking for the dump file (*.dmp). It might be located in c:\windows\minidump, zip it and upload to us for debugging

If its not in minidump you can search for *.dmp

Hey I know this isn't on windows xp, but its partly caused from switching to windows 7, nad having to switch, back, I really dunno where else to put this? Can someone, please help me? I need this in case my gf with like severe emotional wakes up at night and needs to talk to me, without waking my house up by calling the phone, and my computer keeps BSODing

Given the minidump contents, I'd say you're right - there's at least two or three separate problems, and maybe more. In no particular order:

- Crashes in the NTFS file system, presumably caused either by FS metadata corruption or bad filter drivers.

- Network stack badness.

- Memory corruption around the audio mixer subsystem. Most of the crashes are of this type.

Most if not all of those crashes will go away if you update this veritable museum of geriatric drivers

I've highlighted in red the ones I reckon you ought to start with. Also, I have no idea what AegisP and EagleNT are meant to do, but if you can do without them while you're troubleshooting, remove them.

After that, upload more minidumps as they happen and somebody may be able to help you further.

I didnt know what some of the drivers were, and I googled them, and found nothing, so I tried windows 7 again, and still getting bsods, and the debuggers not working, so I don't even know whats causing the problems.

Some things that might be helpful to anyone viewing this thread:
1.I did update the bios from the downloads under my service tag at support in dell.com when I went from xp to seven the first time, but since its an official bios update from the official site under my service tag, how could it be harmful? Its not like I got it from a torrent or something?

2.I fiddled around a couple times with safe mode with networking, and I havn't really gotten a bsod (in safe-mode with networking), but its hard to tell, because often times the bsods are from different things, and its not really one certain time, or anything it bsods, pretty much random, only thing I can pinpoint is it seems to be after a little bit of being in firefox, or ie8, doesn't matter which, still bsods, or while using video call in skype, and the second I open any game I own. (Low graphic 2-d games, that require a basic of directx 9, and barely evolved 3-d capabilities, VERY low standard games, so I don't think their too graphic intensive, even beside the fact I played the game I tired for about 4 years almost on this machine with no problems, but now when I open it I bsod almost immediately. And I tried shutting everything off in msconfig startup, no change.

3.Over time, but if I don't really touch anything, I can pretty much leave it on forever, even with skype running, but a couple minutes online, a second in a game like maplestory, like 3 minutes in video chat on skype, bsod.

4. One thing I notice in common is alot of bsods say at the top, memory management, or something like that.

If this is a legit version of Windows 7, in terms of licensing, then you've almost certainly got a hardware problem. One of the dumps shows the "system protection" driver - spsys.sys - causing a crash while attempting to deal with one of its periodic interrupts used for licensing verification purposes. Assuming it's not being interfered with by software which would have reason to interfere, it is a very hardware-ish crash.

As a suggestion, make sure the system is adequately cooled and nothing is overclocked.

5. I don't quite understand what you mean by the last part, are you recommending I strip my case physicallly of everything except my motherboard? I don't even think it would run like that?

Crap! I just got a win32 bsod....I got it after firefox crashed randomly and told me to restart so I did, And all the letter in the posts in my forum were bold and overlapping then I got a win32.sys or something like that bsod, and now when I try to upload the mini-dump of that bsod, it says its not a valid file on my computer o.O What the hell is going on?
