| | Sending/giving binary files which constitute parts of Windows itself is technically against the EULA, and this forum does not condone illegality, unintentional through it may be. Besides, you should never obtain Windows executables from elsewhere (they may be malware-ridden) when you can get them from your very own Windows disc. Run SFC /SCANNOW or a repair install of Windows. |
