Problem Event Name:BlueScreen hey all, i just recently installed windows 7 64bit version ... and ever since i have been having trouble where my computer just freezes. i never had a problem when i was on vista. what usually happens is that i loose wireless connection, then everything slows down if i try to shutdown the computer will just stay on the shut down screen. the only thing i can do i manually shutdown (keeping hold of the power button). once restarted i get the following error Problem signature: Problem Event Name: BlueScreen OS Version: 6.1.7600.2.0.0.256.48 Locale ID: 2057 Additional information about the problem: BCCode: 124 BCP1: 0000000000000000 BCP2: FFFFFA800521C8F8 BCP3: 0000000000000000 BCP4: 0000000000000000 OS Version: 6_1_7600 Service Pack: 0_0 Product: 256_1 Files that help describe the problem: C:\Windows\Minidump\110109-22308-01.dmp C:\Users\c11ada\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-39827-0.sysdata.xml Read our privacy statement online: Windows 7 Privacy Highlights - Microsoft Windows If the online privacy statement is not available, please read our privacy statement offline: C:\Windows\system32\en-US\erofflps.txt can some one please help me |

| | Your crash is a "Stop 0x124" - a hardware error report being passed along by Windows. Either one of the hardware drivers is "driving" in a way that gives the hardware component conniptions, or the hardware is actually broken. Suggestions: 1) Update your BIOS. 2) Update all hardware-related drivers (NIC, chipset, video...). 3) Don't overclock. 4) Ensure adequate cooling. 5) Take it back to the shop if 0x124 errors persist. |
