Hello all,

I was hoping I could get one of you to take a look at my minidump file (attached). I'm getting intermittent BSODs (although it typically just manifests as a "lockup" rather than actually taking you all the way to the blue screen). The event log has been pretty unhelpful, but I have noticed a pattern where I see messages relating to the video and network drivers at roughly the time of the BSOD. I manually updated all of my drivers (although it seems odd that the installation didn't handle that). Knock on wood, but I haven't had another ocurrence as yet.

Thanks very much for the look!

Hello and wecome to SF :)

I'm glad to hear that updating the drivers appears to have helped because the type of crash described by your minidump is relatively difficult to troubleshoot directly. Here is another poster with an equivalent problem in terms of symptoms, though the cause in their case is almost certainly different:

You may wish to review the info in that thread in case the crash repeats itself.
