BSoD after adding/deleting a partition

I use Windows 7 on my EEE PC 900HA and it runs pretty good. The unit supports Boot Booster. With the stock HDD that came with the unit, this was already turned on. However, I have since upgraded to a G.Skill SSD and the OS runs pretty good.

The problem: I decided to try to add Boot Booster to the SSD. This involves creating an unformatted 8MB partition at the end of the drive (ie. the last partition). So using Disk Managment I did so. Afterwards, I installed Norton Partition Magic to do the rest (turn into an EFI partition). It told me it found errors on the disk and me being stupid, applied each fix. The program at that point closed due to not being able to find a drive letter for the newly created partition.

I then decided "ah what the hell, I don't need to do this", so I deleted the partition with Disk Managment. After restarting, the boot screen shows the loading bar, but then freezes, BSoD's (cannot get the error because it happens so quick) and restarts.

I tried using the built-in Repair that Windows 7 offers but it cannot fix my issue. I was thinking I may had to reinstall. Luckily before this, I used BartPE to save all of my data.

Any ideas on how I can fix this?

Repair doesn't see my main partition or my storage partition, only the 100MB partition (but Windows still attempts to boot).

EDIT:

I ran the repair option again and it is returning "Boot configuration is corrupt". I am guessing I will need to make use of DISKPART here, but I tried that last time and couldn't fix the problem, so if anyone has any suggestions at this point, feel free to post.
