BSOD When playing games

Hey, this is my first post so bare with me :P.

I am getting some BSOD when playing games. Somtimes it will happen, sometimes it won't. If it is going to happen then it will usually happen within 10 minutes of starting the game. It also seems that a simple reboot (rebooting after the BSOD) is not sufficient. I have to cut the power via the power switch on the psu.

I have read some minidumps but with my limited knowledge I don't really know what I am looking at. All i can see from these that might be of some use is;

Probably caused by : ntkrnlmp.exe ( nt!KiPageFault+260 )

READ_ADDRESS: GetPointerFromAddress: unable to read from fffff80002af40e0
fffff800528c3dda

I can post the whole minidump here if required.

Any help would be much appreciated as its driving me nuts!

Cheers.

Edit: Added mini dumps in the hope that someone will take a look. Theres 7 minidumps in the zip folder

Hi and welcome to 7F.

I only read the latest two files, but it's enough for me to recommend that you update your driver for your video card to the latest from NVIDIA's website.

I see there are two separate games that crashed, and although it could be due to numerous reasons, updating your video card driver is an excellent start.

It's good practice to update all drivers possible, so here are your motherboard ones.

And my first post advice would not be complete without suggesting a bios update as well.

Make these changes if necessary, and let us know how it goes.

You could also look into setting the precise voltage and timings on your motherboard recommended for your particular model of ram, from ram maker's site.

Thanks for your response. I have done all that you have mentioned above. Updated graphics drivers, mobo drivers and bios. However I haven't tweak the ram settings yet as this scares me :P.

Anyway I will go and test this and see if I get any more crashes. If I do I'm sure to be right back :P.

Thanks
