Bsod nvlddmkm.sys

Hey I just got this laptop a week ago from Newegg.com and i immediatly started getting the BSOD of death relating to NVLDDMKM.SYS file i looked it up and apperantly a lot of people are having a problem similar to this. ASUS wants me to just send it back but will they be able to fix it or will they send me a new one and it have the same problem because it's a windows 7 driver issue. any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hey. Update your video card and chipset drivers from the respective manufacturers.

Following this and posting the crash dump(s) will help.

I have updated and downgraded drivers i have even tried usuing vista drivers nothing seems to work. it happens randomly here is the minidump

These are your problems. Update them or remove from system:

Is it safe ti just delete them? which ones do i need to upgrade?

All of them. Find out what they are by Googling. Then uninstall software or use device manager to uninstall, while checking the box to delete the driver too. (You might have to set device manager to show hidden devices first.)

If you can't figure out anything, then yeah lol. I'd just delete them (in safe mode) from the system after doing a restore point.
