Blue Screen after long shutdown

Hello I'm new to these forums and BSODs so bare with me, I think I attached the mini-dumps which you could analyze for me? I'm sure I have outdated drivers as I just built this computer. It hangs on shutdown for about 10-15 minutes then BSOD saying DRIVER-POWER-STATE-FAILURE. It didn't do this until recently. Thanks!

All four dmps ponted to the same file. your creative sound driver (ctaud2k.sys)

Hope this helps

Thank you very much! Do you know where I might be able to find this driver? I really have no clue, but in the mean time I'll search for it. My sound card is in my system specs, I'm downloading the driver from here http://www.auzensupport.com/site/download/updates.php Hopefully that will work?

Also I'm not overclocking anything and as in raid driver you mean hard drives? They aren't in a raid setup if that matters, and I also don't know where to get updates for them.
