NMI: Parity Check / Memory Parity Error ??

I am running Windows 7 Home Premium (retail version not Beta) on a Dell GX280 desktop. I have 2Gb of Ram and a 80Gb hard drive. 3.4Ghz Pentium CPU ( not dual core)
I keep getting BSOD's and the message on the screen is as follows.

Hardware Malfunction
Call your hardware vendor for support
NMI: Parity Check / Memory Parity Error
*** The system has halted ***

I have run a memory test program with no failures.
I have reseated my memory cards, and swapped them.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Update

I am still getting the NMI: Parity Check / Memory Parity Error BSOD

I ran MemTest+ for 5 hours with no failures so I think my 2Gb RAM is OK.

The forums say it can be caused by an adapter driver problem. My problem is I don't know where to find a trace or dump that might be being created for these hardware malfunctions.

My questions:
1 Where is there a reliable source of drivers for Windows 7? I used to use DriverMax when my machine was running XP SP3 but I don't know if that is still good for Windows 7.

2. The machine will not stay running very long after a reset / shutdown & restart. There is no specific program causing these crashes.
How can I find out what dll might be causing these crashes ?
