Help with Mini dump

I have been experiencing rare BSOD's whenever exiting sleep mode and I've attempted to rar/zip my mini dump files but it won't let me (I don't have permission). I've moved them to the desktop and no success (nor in their original file). Why am I having trouble with something when I can't seem to find any other information on this?

I feel very foolish as I just figured it out... any admin can delete this thread.
