Windows 7 - Windows 7 x64 Blue Screen

Hello everyone,

I recently bought a new set of dual channel DDR2 memory modules (A-DATA 4GB DDR2 800MHz CL5 Gaming Series Dual Channel Kit ) and since then my computer has been crashing constantly. I tried reinstalling windows, but with no success. The problem is that if I use any one memory module it does not crashes anymore which I find it very unusual. I've run several check disks and still can't find the cause of the blue screen.

I'd appreciate it if you could help me. The dmp file is attached.

Well It is the memory. you can download memtestx86 and test it if you want

I would also fun a system file check
type cmd in search>right click and run as admin>sfc /scannow

I ran the sfc check and it gave me the following message:

Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them.
Details are included in the CBS.Log windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For example
C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log

Do you have the win 7 dvd (not a restore dvd)?

Do you have a backup in case?

What you may need to do is called a repair install. there are instructions for that here Repair Install

I do have a win 7 dvd and a backup, but will the repair install solve my windows crashing problem ?

Also what should I do with the memory problem ?
