Random reboot problem

9hello guys,
two weeks ago i bought myself some upgrade which are these:

Intel i7 920 cpu
gigabyte ga-ex58-ud3r rev 1.6 GA-EX58-UD3R (rev. 1.6) - GIGABYTE - Product - Motherboard - Specification

Corsair 6gig kit. ddr3 3x2g CMX6GX3M3A1600C9

And a Western digital 1TB 7200rmp 32mb cache hard disk

Other components:

MSI Nvidia 285 gtx video card
AXP 630 watts PSU
Dvd writer from HP

i also use a wireless internet connection with a usb wireless receiver stick. this is the TP-LINK321G

Now the problem:
I'm having spontaneous reboots. computer just falls out and restarts immediatly.
This happened once while downloading all the other times while gaming.
-Temperatures are fine,no overheating
-Memtest was fine
-Upgraded all drivers + upgraded bios
-inserted an older HD with windows xp on it,still the same problem.
-have run 2 sticks of my memory in dual channel(deleted one stick)

Have even been to pc store with pc and they've checked my pc + did stresstests with 3rdmark to check if he'd reboot. everything was fine.
have no idea what to do now. all help is welcome

doing an everst stability test atm.

no throttling happened
none of the cores went above 74degrees after 10 minutes testing

also noticed my system information says i have a x64 based system :s

Some conflicts,graphic card problem?

so strange he only crashes while im gaming.

have done 3d mark tests -> no crashes

everest stability test -> no crashes

i start gaming -> crashed after abt 10 minutes

bump,nobody can help? :s

possible problems

Check for malware. If you are clean then continue, other posts have plenty on malware.

Reinstall the Nvidia drivers. Unistall the drivers from the control panel and boot into safe mode to install the new drivers. What drivers are you using from Nvidia? I like 195.62 better than 196.21.

I have had OS files corrupted cause this problem. If replacing drivers does not work then reinstall your OS.

Temperature could still be an issue especially if you are running high end 3d GAMES. The games may push your PC past that of benchmarks. If you hit 80°C the computer will likely crash. Set the fan on your GPU to 100% and see if you still have a problem. You may need a better CPU cooling fan if the CPU is overheating.

If this does not work then check your power requirements, particularly if you are over clocking. Even if PSU should be delivering enough power it could be faulty.

I'm having an almost identical issue. I'm running Windows 7 ultimate x64bit, 8GB with Gigabyte EP43T-UD3L motherboard.

The weirdest behaviour is the following:

I'll turn my PC on, it doesn it's random restart thing (sometimes as I log in, other times, before windows loads). I turn the PC off (power button), turn it back on - works fine...

I've had it at the manufacturer a couple of times and as murphy would have it, the PC doesn't crash as much with them.

What to do.
