Windows Explorer crash

Hi

From few days when i try to open windows explorer from taskbar it stucks and not responding

and now i can see taskbar keep restarting in like 5 mins

is there any solution for this?

Seeing as you have a problem opening the explorer window i take it you can open the all programs menu?
If you can try going to :
Start>All Programs>Accessories>Right Click Command Promt>Run as Admin>Type SFC /SCANNOW>Hit Enter

This will check for problems and might catch yours,it takes a while though.

And if you cannot use the sfc /scannow you can try a repair install.
