Windows 7 - New W7 Pro install keeps rebooting ?

New W7 Pro install keeps rebooting ?

Have a new Windows 7 install that keeps rebooting after a few minutes with the following popups appearing on the screen:

"Windows must now restart because the DCOM Server Process Ended Unexpectedly"
"Windows must now restart because the Plug & Play Service Ended Unexpectedly"
"Windows must now restart because the Power Service Ended Unexpectedly"

Tried the following:
restore to previous working system
Online virus scan
Run Malwarebytes from a local scan

All 3 fail because Windows 7 reboots with one of the above messages before anything can finish ?

Did notice a bunch of error messages in Events Viewer in Administration, Applications, and System categories. (Administration log attached)

have the evtx files available.

Between the working system (yesterday) and today...no programs were added/installed ? May have been a windows update and/or BitDefender 2010 Internet Security update ? (same issues if I shut down BitDefender 2010)

Concerned about a "Repair Install" because Windows 7 may again reboot shortly after beginning the "Repair Install" ??

Please help and/or advise,
Tim
