Windows 7 - win 7 won't wake up after sleep

Windows 7 Ultimate x64

I am back with some issues still cropping up. I believe it is still network I/O issues, but can't point to any minidump files. Here's what is happening - waking up from sleep etc. is working well thus far, but frequently I am losing access to my NAS. It is a Lacie Ethernet Big Disk (I believe it has Embedded Windows XP on it). When I try to access the network drive windows explorer hangs. After that everything goes haywire - Outlook won't start. I can't even logoff or shutdown normally - it hangs. I have to do a reboot to get it back up again.

Where should I look for issues? Event error says the following: Critical Error - Event 41, Kernel-Power
