I tried to reinstall network adapter, did memtest, problem happens when I start to download files with Mtorrent - I use high speed line and it reaches 1mb/s, I leave computer, it stays working on download, I check back it restarted... this happens every single time I leave mtorrent working.
I thought program is at fault, but guys at mtorrent support forum indicate that it could be related to hardware which is being pushed too much... I need help please!
I have relatively new laptop, HP HDX16, Windows 7

Hi and welcome
this crash was probably caused by your netowrk/wifi
driver NETw5s64.sys. I wold download a fresh copy and it install it
would also run a system file check
(type cmd in search>right click and run as admin>SFC /SCANNOW)
if you are over clocking stop
Let us know the results

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (a)
An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an
interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high. This is usually
caused by drivers using improper addresses.
If a kernel debugger is available get the stack backtrace.
Arguments:
Arg1: 0000000000000000, memory referenced
Arg2: 0000000000000002, IRQL
Arg3: 0000000000000000, bitfield :
bit 0 : value 0 = read operation, 1 = write operation
bit 3 : value 0 = not an execute operation, 1 = execute operation (only on chips which support this level of status)
Arg4: fffff800031fe477, address which referenced memory
